Thankful, Thankful, Thankful

Before I became a mother, I thought I already had everything in life to be happy. Then Abeera entered my world and I realized that all along. I had a gap in my heart I never knew I had.

I woke up feeling low this morning, she looked at me and gave me a look of empathy before showering me with little kisses. Even at such a young age, she never fails to lift my spirits.

She is so little but she has no idea how much I lean on her already.

I'm always grateful but today I'm especially feeling lucky to be her mama.
