Pregnancy Diaries
So, the innie becomes an outie.
There is no doubt that having a baby in your tummy is one of the biggest and happiest moment in a woman's life.
Everything is fun about being pregnant. In early days of my pregnancy, many physical and emotional changes took place in me. Those feelings often left me sad, anxious, afraid or confused. I often caught myself crying for no reason.
Morning sickness, does not only occurs in the first trimester, it's a misnomer, happens any time of the day or night at any stage of pregnancy. Then comes the lack of breathing and heart palpitations, they were evil.
Second trimester, whoever said that it is the blissful period of pregnancy, you're wrong. I used to miss sleeping on my stomach. Most of the time my nights were spent figuring out what position to sleep in. The heartburn, which remains throughout the whole pregnancy, often made me skip a meal. It was so hard to scratch on your belly.
My third trimester was taking an eternity. Patience was officially gone. I had to sleep with the three pillows. I had to use the restroom every 30 minutes. Having to remind myself to pee before leaving anywhere makes me feel like a child all over again. I actually became too fat to bend over and trim my toenails. Experiencing dance party on my ribcage with the crazy flips and twitches was so much fun. Clothes were literally a prison. I used to borrow my hubby's shirt to sleep at night. My fat ankles and fat fingers looked so funny. I really miss those last couple of weeks and the late night walks with my hubby will always be remembered. Good times, good times.
Does anyone actually like being pregnant if it weren't for the beautiful little gift at the end?
MashaAllah mashaAllah this is amaizing feeling ever Allah blessed you stay safe :)
