Depression

Life is full of frustrations. From the minor irritations of losing some bucks to the major problem such as losing an unborn baby. Frustration seems like a natural part of life these days. Frustration is the symptom of stress and stress lead to depression.

Lately I've been so depressed. I was somewhere between happy and sad version. And I learned that stress kills your brain, health, relationship, creativity of course and career. It also causes headaches. It may affect your psychological health as well.

Depression is a cruel punishment you can give to yourself. Believe me, someday this all will be memory and you'll just fine. Once in a while depression is normal but when they happen too often, then you need to take care of the problem. The sign of healthy mind, body and spirit is how quickly you bounce back from depression.

Following are the tips that helped me in life and I hope that they will help you to a fast recovery.

1. Do not advertise your problems:
First of all remember one thing, your problems are not for advertisement. Keep your problems to yourself. Just share it with Almighty and not with the world because nobody cares.
2. Limit your technology time:
Limit your television, computer, phone and especially social networking sites because they are in excess has been linked to depression.
3. No exercises:
No exercises. Instead get outdoors or go for a long walk somewhere with lots of trees and no noise pollution or traffic. It will help you feel better.
4. Stop watching news:
Bad news can sour your mood so stop watching news 24/7.
5: Do not sit alone:
You can sit alone for yoga or meditations but do not sit alone for no purpose. Your thoughts will make you sick.
6: Change your diet:
Toxins in food can cause migraine and depression.
7: Do not cry:
Crying your eyes out won't help you any. Instead, be strong and have patience.
8. Write something:
Writing just lowers my stress to some extent.
