My brain has too many tabs open

There is a famous saying,
  "if you wanna know what a woman's mind feels like, imagine a browser with a 2,857 tabs open all the time."
This is very accurate, I relate to it.

I'm gradually opening my tabs one by one over you.

Sometimes my brain thinks in a strange way. In fact it always keeps thinking. At times, I'm grateful that thoughts don't appear in bubbles over our head.

People say I never forget ANYTHING, and yes that's right. I once called as a sub conscious mind. Lulz.. Yeah that's kinda weird.

Thinking is good but I want to think good always. Because sometimes I have some negative thoughts flying over my head. Therefore, I have to improve my mind. I don't blog for you people, but for me, myself. Teaching something to someone teaches me lots. 

In my way, there are 9 ways to improve your brain.
1. Positive Thinking
Meditation, guided deep breathing and positive thinking releases your stress.
2. Get Moving
Being lazy will never get you anywhere. Proteins are released during physical activities
3. Laughter is the Best Medicine
A good laugh makes you feel good inside and out.
4. Change of Scenery
Considering a problem from a different location resets the way your brain processes it.
5. Dhikr (Zikr)
Rememberance of Allah. As the body need food, soul/spirit needs Zikr of Allah.
6. Talk to yourself
Sometimes you need expert advice.
7. Get more Sleep
Sleep is necessary for the brain to get rid of waste. Your brain also needs standby.
8. Keep Learning
Feed your brain with mind games and riddles regularly.
9. Imaginations
Daydreams. Everything you can imagine is real. Just close your eyes and see with your third eye and that's your mind.

First of all you have to improve your thoughts in order to improve your brain. And you can improve your thoughts by thinking positive.

Thinking is basically the talking of soul with itself. That's why they say, before you speak, THINK!
