Ramadan is around the corner.



Ramadan is all about fasting. I'm really excited for it. It's the month of blessings. This is the month of great opportunity, the opportunity to gain Allah’s Good Pleasure and Nearness.


Food is also a big part of this month, but having the right foods will help sustain you in sehri and balanced food in iftari.

During Ramadan, many people can end up gaining weight. If you want to maintain your weight, exercises would be best in Ramadan. The best times of exercises are before sehri time and after aftari time.
