How To Prepare Peppermint Tea And Ginger Tea
PEPPERMINT TEA:-
Ingredients:-
Filtered water- 2 cups
Fresh mint leaves- about 15
(Optional) Sugar or honey- to taste
Preparation:-
- Bring the water to a
rolling boil.
- Add sweetener as
desired.
- Remove the heat and add
the leaves.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot in mugs and
enjoy.
GINGER TEA:-
Ingredients:-
Filtered water- 2 cups
Fresh Ginger- A very small piece
Cinnamon- A very small piece
(Optional) Sugar or honey- to taste
Preparation:-
- Bring the water to a
rolling boil.
- Add sweetener as
desired.
- Add the smallest piece
of ginger and cinnamon simultaneously.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot in mugs and
enjoy.
