How To Prepare Peppermint Tea And Ginger Tea




PEPPERMINT TEA:-   
Ingredients:-
Filtered water- 2 cups
Fresh mint leaves- about 15
(Optional) Sugar or honey- to taste    

Preparation:-
  • Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  • Add sweetener as desired.
  • Remove the heat and add the leaves.
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot in mugs and enjoy.



GINGER TEA:-  
Ingredients:-
Filtered water- 2 cups
Fresh Ginger- A very small piece
Cinnamon- A very small piece
(Optional) Sugar or honey- to taste
Preparation:-   
  • Bring the water to a rolling boil.
  • Add sweetener as desired.
  • Add the smallest piece of ginger and cinnamon simultaneously.
  • Steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot in mugs and enjoy.
