How To Fight Colds

As the weather changes from winter to spring and spring to summer, many people suffer from seasonal allergies. The most common seasonal allergy is cold. You can catch a cold at any time of the year.

For everyone, their mum is a half doctor and so for me as well.

I'm going to tell you some remedies here that my mum told me. They'll definitely fight colds.

1. Chicken soup is an age-old home remedy for cold.

2. Mostly, the allergies happen due to dust, so when outdoors, reduce the amount of pollen you inhale;
cover your mouth and nose. Apply a little petroleum jelly or olive oil to you nostrils to keep dust and pollen away from your nose and throat.

3. Inhale steam from hot water with 1 tea spoon of Vicks.

4. Get a good dose of Vitamin C by fresh fruits and vegetables.

5. Drink peppermint tea and ginger tea.

Remember, cold germs can be anywhere so wash your hands often!

Thanks for reading; I hope this will be helpful for you!
