Problems are natural to everyone. You are not human if you don't have any problem. But to deal with the problems, you should form the habit of remaining open-minded to new circumstances.

Following are the key points that will give you ideas that how to get rid of your worries.

1. First of all, you should sit and answer on paper, the question, "what exactly am I worrying about". As it is said in the medicine that accurate diagnose is half the cure.

2. Instead of losing time and energy by looking around for someone to blame or criticize, ask yourself "what do I do now". Always remember that whatever is happening in your life is just because of you.

3. You have to generate your vision.  Always see the glass as half full rather than half empty. Try to look at the positiveness of the situation.

4. Ask yourself, "what is the worst possible thing can happen in this worry situation".

5. Never tell your problems to the world.

Once you've try all these, you will suddenly become less stressful. As you begin thinking of all the things that you can do, you are adjusting your mind to the new informations.

Last but not least, all these are possible only if you completely believe in God and in yourself.
